I was hoping for better value for the price. It didn’t really feel like I got much back for what I spent, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it for me.

I did get some new followers, which was nice, but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. A few of the accounts seemed like real people, but others had empty profiles, so it felt a little hit or miss. Not awful overall, just not as solid as I’d hoped.

It worked for me some of the time, but it wasn’t always as steady as I was hoping. There were a few delays, and some of the updates weren’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. Not a bad service overall, just kind of average in my experience. I’d probably use it again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

"Got a little exposure, but nothing crazy"
I tried Playlist Promotion for one of my tracks, and I felt a little embarrassed at first because I was hoping it would suddenly make a bigger difference than it did. It did bring in some plays and a few new listeners, which was definitely nice to see. But I didn’t really notice a big jump in followers or saves. Support was alright, not the fastest, but they did get back to me. Overall, it’s decent if you’re just looking for some extra exposure, but I wouldn’t go in expecting huge results.

They made it sound like it was going to be quick, but I ended up waiting for days with barely any updates!!! Super frustrating, it just wasn’t worth it for me!!!

"Reports Didn’t Really Explain Much"
I tried playlist-promotion.com, the reports didn’t tell me much. I thought I’d be able to see where the plays were coming from and get a clearer breakdown, but it was mostly just vague numbers. I was hoping for more detail, actually, I just wanted to understand what was happening with the campaign. In the end, it was hard to tell if anything useful came from it, so I probably wouldn’t use it again...

"Ordering felt like too much of a hassle"
I tried placing an order, but it got annoying fast. There were way too many steps, and half the time I wasn’t even sure what I was choosing or if that part mattered. I ended up giving up before finishing. It really should be simpler than this

A few of the playlists felt a little off to me. The relevance was okay at first, or actually, some picks were decent—but overall it didn’t always feel like they matched what I was looking for.

They got back to me quickly and kept me updated most of the time. There was one answer that I wasn’t totally sure I understood at first, so I asked again, and they cleared it up after that. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"The genre targeting really missed the mark"
I picked indie rock, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect playlists that actually fit that vibe. Instead, my song ended up on random pop playlists, which made it feel out of place. Maybe it works for some tracks, but for mine, the targeting felt way off.

The campaign did bring in some streams, so it wasn’t a complete flop or anything. But followers barely changed, and the saves were low, which was disappointing. For what I paid, I expected a bit more impact. Support was fine overall, just a little slow at times, which was kind of frustrating, not gonna lie.

"Decent organic promo, nothing crazy"
I tried playlist-promotion.com for organic promo and it was alright. Got a few legit streams and saves, so it wasn’t sketchy or anything, but the results came in slower than I was hoping. Support was chill and answered when I needed them. Overall, not bad, just kinda mid.

I didn’t have a great experience with their customer support. I reached out a few times, but the replies were really slow and vague, so I still didn’t get the answers I needed. It felt like I had to keep chasing them, which was frustrating and not what I expected

"Decent placements, but more hassle than I expected"
I got my song onto a few playlists, so it wasn’t a total waste, but the quality was hit or miss. A couple looked like they had real activity, while others didn’t seem to move the needle at all. I saw some streams come in, just nothing too exciting. For the price, I expected better playlist matching, and it felt like I had to put in more effort than I should’ve to follow up and figure out what was actually working.

I was hoping this would help get listeners more engaged, but i barely noticed any difference. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe I didn’t use it the right way, but it just didn’t seem to move the needle for me

"Streams started picking up"
So, I wasn’t expecting some huge overnight jump or anything, but after about a week I did notice my streams starting to go up. Not like viral numbers, just actual steady growth, which felt more believable anyway. I checked a couple times thinking maybe it was random, but it seemed consistent. Support was fine too, nothing overly fancy, but they answered when I needed them.

"I couldn’t get past the vague curator profiles"
I know some people might have a better experience, but I just wasn’t sold on the curators. I tend to zero in on the details when I’m paying for something like this, and the profiles felt way too vague for me. I couldn’t really tell who was actually listening to my song or what made them qualified to review it. Maybe it works for others, but I personally wouldn’t use it again.
